BRAKE SYSTEM

MEASUREMENT DIAGRAM

Since wheel sizes and specifications vary across different vehicle models, we provide a dedicated brake measurement specification sheet to ensure perfect compatibility with your car.

Customers can use the provided measurement guidelines to verify key dimensions such as mounting clearance, rotor, and caliper tolerances, helping you quickly determine if the product fits your wheel setup.

For further assistance or customized recommendations, please feel free to contact us.

  1. Step 1 Step 1 of measuring the caliper clearance

Download the drawing that you need and stick it to a thicker paper. Please make sure the data on the drawing are correspondent to the real sizes.

  2. Step 2 Step 2 of measuring the caliper clearance

Follow the dotted lines and cut off the drawing.

  3. Step 3 Step 3 of measuring the caliper clearance

Check if the edge of the caliper will conflict with the wheel. We suggest you to leave at least 2mm between the caliper and the wheel.

  4. Step 4 Step 4 of measuring the caliper clearance

Put the drawing into the wheel as the picture shows. If there is a hub centric ring for the wheel, it is necessary to put it back to the center bore.
